Refund policy
Non-Returnable Products
For safety, sterility, storage, handling, and chain-of-custody reasons, all sales of human tissue, allograft materials, biologic products, bone grafting materials, membranes, and other organic or sterile products are final.
These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including unopened products, except where the product was:
- Shipped incorrectly by Oral Medix;
- Damaged during shipment;
- Defective upon receipt; or
- Otherwise eligible for replacement or return as required by applicable law or the product manufacturer.
We cannot accept returns simply because a product is no longer needed, was ordered in error, or a procedure was canceled or rescheduled.
Other Products
Return eligibility for non-biologic and non-tissue products may vary by product and manufacturer. Products must generally be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be considered for return.
Oral Medix reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Oral Medix within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
Do not discard the product or its original packaging until you have received instructions from Oral Medix.
If the issue is confirmed, Oral Medix will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.
Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior authorization from Oral Medix may be refused and returned to the sender. Please contact us before shipping any product back.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an Oral Medix fulfillment error, damaged shipment, defective product, or as otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order containing tissue, biologic, sterile, or other non-returnable products has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
